Verland Foundation Inc. in Aliquippa, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide exceptional care in a home-like setting at Brodhead House.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts 7am-3pm Tuesday through Saturday. Earn $19.25 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 hours of work. Training provided; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.

• Implement individualized programs; record observations and daily progress notes.

• Bathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene.
• Housekeeping duties as needed.

Verland is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals' to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing Exceptional Care to the individuals that call Verland their Home.

House Name: Brodhead House

Location: Aliquippa Pa 15001

Shifts available

Full Time- 40 hours

7am-3pm: Tuesday thru Saturday

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for individualized care and ongoing support for people in our community with complex physical, medical and intellectual challenges. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Contributions

2 weeks paid training provided by Verland, to educate new hires on daily living skills, social engagement, personal hygiene skills, along with each individual’s support plan/ personal development goals that are essential to improve the daily lives of the individuals that we serve. Completion of training is required at the start of employment.
