Job summary

AbbeHealth Services seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults in a Residential Care Facility. The DSP role provides skill-based training, support, and treatment to individuals in recovery from mental illness in a Community Home setting.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and no experience is necessary with 1 year of mental health experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides skill-based training and support to clients in Community Home settings.
• Participates in client service planning and goal development.
• Recognizes symptoms and performs appropriate interventions and referrals.
