Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for ADLs, community participation and daily living activities.
• Assist with meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in employment, social activities and learning.
• Maintain documentation and schedules; participate in ongoing training.
