Traditional Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Shamokin Dam, PA and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and weekly pay with direct deposit.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and assisting with daily activities, while maintaining safety and promoting community involvement.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have current driver's license.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Communicate effectively and provide appropriate social engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping and routine chores.
• Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills.
• Meet individual goals and outcomes for each client.
• Promote community involvement through outings and activities.
