Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one non-medical support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in Honesdale, PA and nearby towns.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and training. You will log visits via EVV on a mobile device, assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and help clients achieve personal goals in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets to log visits and track service hours (EVV).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and positive social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and chores to maintain a safe, clean living area.
• Support independence and help clients meet personal goals and community activities.
