Job summary

Trillium Services, Inc. in Duluth, MN is hiring Direct Service Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Earn $18.25-$21.75 per hour, with a $250 new hire sign-on bonus.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and on-the-job training. No experience is required; training provided. A reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a MN Background Study.
• Valid Driver's License & Use of Insured Vehicle.
• No experience necessary—we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Typically works a 4-8 hour shift.
• Schedules include week and/or weekend shifts.
• Develop rapport and reciprocal relationships with each person you support.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills and community involvement.
