Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
• For overnight roles: ability to stay awake and alert.
• For live-in roles: comfort living and working in a shared home environment.
• No experience required - we provide paid training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with independent living skills.
• Assist with daily routines (meals, housekeeping, hygiene, personal care).
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and problem-solving guidance.
• Support community engagement, social activities, and appointments.
• Monitor safety and wellbeing, including staying awake and alert during overnight shifts.
• Respond to nighttime needs and complete routine checks (overnight roles).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
