We offer flexible scheduling options—including hourly shifts, awake overnights, and live-in opportunities—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

Depending on your schedule and role, you may:

• Support individuals with independent living skills
• Assist with daily routines (meals, housekeeping, hygiene, personal care)
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and problem-solving guidance
• Support community engagement, social activities, and appointments
• Monitor safety and wellbeing, including staying awake and alert during overnight shifts

Available Schedules

We offer multiple DSP roles to fit your lifestyle. Most positions follow a 12-hour shift model, rotating 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next - giving you built-in overtime as part of your regular schedule!

We offer both day shifts (7am-7pm) and overnight shifts (7pm-7am) to match your availability and preferences.
