Job summary

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full Time in Neenah, WI. Vista Care is seeking compassionate DSPs to assist individuals with daily living activities, support personal goals, and promote community involvement in a safe, positive home environment.

This role offers flexible shifts with premium pay options and benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and DailyPay; starting wages range from $16.88 to $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a mandatory state Caregiver Background Check.
• Basic computer skills (for electronic documentation and record-keeping).

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Plan Implementation: Follow and implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) tailored to each individual.
• Medication Administration & Documentation: Safely administer medications and accurately log daily progress, health metrics, and notes using electronic health records (EHR).
• Community Integration: Encourage personal choices, support recreational activities, and facilitate active community participation.
• Safety & Living Space: Maintain a clean, safe, supportive, and positive home environment.
