Job summary

Vista Care in Prairie du Chien, WI is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist with daily living activities, implement ISP and BSP, and support residents in a safe, respectful home setting. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a starting hourly wage of 16.88–17.50 plus a Daily Pay option.

You should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a caregiver background check, and basic computer skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
• Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
