As a DSP, your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, building relationships, and encouraging independence among clients. The job requires reliable transportation and a willingness to assist with personal care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to assist with personal care needs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and hygiene.
• Support individuals in community participation and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
