Kindly Direct Care of Gibbsboro, NJ is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team. We offer both full-time and part-time DSP positions with flexible schedules and competitive pay.

You will provide 1:1 support to adults with disabilities, assist with daily activities, personal care, meals, and transportation, and help promote independence in a safe, empowering environment.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to complete employer trainings are required.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 support to adults with disabilities.
• Willingness to complete trainings and certifications offered by the employer.
• Valid driver''s license for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
