Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking dedicated DSPs to join our team in New Jersey. The roles offer full-time and part-time positions with direct patient care for adults with disabilities.

You will provide 1:1 support, assist with daily activities, and help with transportation while maintaining a safe, empowering environment. Qualified candidates have a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and willingness to complete employer-provided trainings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo employer-provided trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over 21.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care, meals, medication, and transportation.
• Foster a safe, empowering environment and support independence.
• Implement care plans and behavioral strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in activities and community integration to improve quality of life.
