Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help individuals achieve ISPs in a supportive home-like setting.

The role includes paid training, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedules, and access to national brand discounts. A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to assist individuals with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with IDD and behavioral needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Promote independence and life skills development.
• Document progress and communicate changes to supervisors.
