Qualifications

• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred.
• Possess or be able to acquire First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of individual plans.
• Update individual case notes daily.
• Help individuals develop daily life skills.
• Assist with meals and personal hygiene.
• Encourage participation in community activities.
• Provide supervision during skill-building activities.
• Cultivate supportive relationships.
• Ensure individuals' rights are protected.
