Job summary

Abound Health in Mercer County, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support in our residential group homes. We offer flexible shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and weekly pay.

As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help residents live as independently as possible. Starting pay is $18-23/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting 20+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support participation in community activities, employment, and social events.
