Abound Health is seeking Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD across Mercer County, PA. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with a $1,000 signing bonus and $23.00 per hour.

DSPs may work in homes, community settings, or licensed group homes based on client needs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver\u2019s license and active car insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home, community, and group home settings.
