The Mary T. Family of Companies is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Minnesota to assist individuals with disabilities with daily living activities, mobility, transportation, and community engagement.

Overnights available; part-time evening hours and every-other-weekends required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, FSA, 401k with match, and professional development; paid training with no experience needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle postural challenges like bending, kneeling, and twisting.
• The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal cares, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Provide transportation and support for community outings and activities.
• Assist with medication administration and meal preparation.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
• Support residents with daily routines and safety.
