Job summary

MSS is looking for a Direct Support Professional to join the Twin Cities team. This full-time role offers reliable weekday hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

You will work with a close-knit team to support adults with disabilities through daily activities, personal care, and community access. You will participate in engaging programs, ensure safety and respect, and help clients access their community.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and encouraging around people with different needs.
• Desire to help others with meaningful, fulfilling work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; background check.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with disabilities on weekdays as part of a close-knit team.
• Provide personal care and assist with day-to-day activities.
• Lead programs and activities to help clients access the community.
• Maintain safety, respect, and a supportive environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with driving agency vehicles and DOT-related training.
