• Provide Direct Support to children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, grooming, and medication self-administration.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities in ICF/group homes or Residential Habilitation settings.
• Assist clients with community access and participation in activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress as directed by supervisors.
