Circle of Life is seeking a Direct Support Professional to visit clients in their homes in the Cloquet area and surrounding communities, helping them stay independent and connected to their homes and routines.

You will provide compassionate, person-centered support, including basic personal care tasks, and build trusting relationships with clients while coordinating with the designated team. This role starts part-time with potential for more hours as needs grow.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, organized and flexible to meet client needs.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to support independence.
• Provide direct support including personal care tasks as needed.
• Build relationships with clients and report concerns to the coordinator.
• Support community engagement by attending events and activities.
