Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a Homemaker to work in Waseca, MN, helping clients stay independent at home and providing compassionate companionship. This is a 6-10 hours/week position with a focus on supportive daily routines and respectful, client-first care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving, customer service or companionship experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain client independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and help maintain independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with daily routines such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in conversation, recreational activities, or outings as needed.
• Report any changes in client behavior or condition to the leadership team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and tasks performed.
