Tutelage Residential Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on a part-time/PRN basis in Monroeville, PA and Penn Hills, PA. This role supports one to two individuals in a relaxed, low-stress residential setting, with hours posted and a minimum of two shifts per month.

The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and compassionate, focused on promoting independence and community engagement while building meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility, patience, and an intentional approach to support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid PA driver's license.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, individualized support in a laid-back atmosphere.
• Assist with grocery shopping, daily routines, and community engagement.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment.
