Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The role involves one‑on‑one support, promoting independence, and following each client's ISP.

Compassionate, dependable candidates with a HS diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) are encouraged to apply for flexible, locally assigned cases with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
