Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. You will provide hands-on support, promote independence, and follow each person's ISP to ensure daily living success.

We offer flexible hours with local cases and a supportive team that helps DSPs thrive and grow within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
