Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings throughout New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with clients following each ISP to promote independence and meaningful daily living skills.

We offer flexible hours and a supportive team in a DDD-focused agency, with opportunities to grow within the organization and contribute to consistent, local cases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
