Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Montague, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Abound Health has offered care for over 20 years and supports client growth and independence. Starting pay is $23/hour (non-acuity) and $33/hour (acuity) with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting weekly hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
