Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Hillsborough, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. Pay ranges from $23–$33 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Qualifications

Experience in caregiving or similar support roles preferred.
Ability to assist with activities of daily living and community participation.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to individuals to build independence.
Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
Maintain health and safety while providing a supportive environment.
Complete documentation and keep schedules up to date.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Collaborate with families, case managers, and Abound team members.
