Job summary

Traditional Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and related conditions. Flexible scheduling includes part-time, full-time, weekdays, weekends, and evenings, with immediate openings and a focus on compassionate care.

You'll assist with personal care, companionship, and community activities, while adhering to EVV requirements and maintaining a safe home

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
• Must be comfortable with EVV and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Light housekeeping and chores.
• Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills.
• Support individuals to meet personal goals and community activities.
