Job summary

Sevita, through Mentor Community Services, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (PRN, AS NEEDED Onsite) to help individuals live more independent and fulfilling lives. You’ll build relationships, mentor, and support daily activities including meals, personal care, and community outings.

The role offers on-demand pay, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization that serves communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals in daily living, budgeting, nutrition, and community activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor and advocate.
• Take initiative and contribute ideas daily.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities.
