Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a Direct Support Professional for full-time onsite roles. You will assist individuals with daily living, foster independence, and build meaningful relationships in a mission-driven team across the U.S.

Starting pay is $18.65 per hour with an on-demand pay option. The role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a nationwide organization. Must be 18+, have a driver’s license, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, from budgeting to community activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative daily in a role where ideas are valued.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities.
