Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with clients, promote independence, assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and follow each client's ISP. Must be 18+, HS diploma/GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, one-on-one support to individuals in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Document services and communicate with the care team.
• Foster independence and community participation per ISP.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals you support.
