Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one in home and community settings, following each client’s ISP to promote independence and daily living skills.

You will document services, communicate with the care team, and build trusted relationships. Must be 18+, HS diploma preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain). Flexible shifts available across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
