Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one, in-home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. You will follow each client 27s ISP, assist with daily living activities, and help promote independence and community participation.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driverer/universal license and reliable transportation preferred.
Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each clientb ISP.
Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
