Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one, follow ISP plans, and help with daily living, independence, and community participation.

This role offers flexible hours, in-home and community-based settings, and a supportive team dedicated to success for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience encouraged but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Document services accurately and communicate with care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals served.
