Opportunity Partners is seeking a Direct Support Professional for In-Home Services to help people with disabilities live independently in their own homes and participate in their communities. You will support daily living activities and promote safety, dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license to drive to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal planning, and health maintenance.
• Promote safety, problem solving, and self-advocacy.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation if needed.
