Qualifications

• We’re seeking caring and dedicated individuals who want to Do Work That Matters by supporting people in employment, enrichment, or residential settings.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license to drive to people’s homes.

Responsibilities

• Promote hobbies and recreational activities.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery/personal shopping, & cooking.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments.
• Participate in team meetings & writing care plans.
• Provide education & opportunities to problem solve with regards to safety skills, social interactions, and self-advocacy.
