Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional for In-Home Services to help adults with disabilities live independently in their own homes and participate in their communities.

This role can be full-time or part-time with Weekday, evening, and weekend shifts, and pays $17.00 per hour. You will assist with activities, meal planning, scheduling medical appointments, and supporting safety, self-advocacy, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote hobbies and recreational activities for clients.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery/personal shopping, and cooking.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments for clients.
• Participate in team meetings and write care plans.
• Provide education and opportunities to problem solve regarding safety, social interactions, and self-advocacy.

Job Summary

As a Direct Support Professional of In-Home Services, you will support people with disabilities to successfully live in their own homes and participate in their communities. You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. Work full time or part time as your schedule allows.

• Schedule: Weekday, evening, and weekend positions available
• Wage: $17.00 per hour
