Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. The DSP will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and paid onboarding/training. Starting pay is $15.40 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments for 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and community participation.
• Support individuals in behavioral management and daily living tasks.
• Build positive relationships and help clients achieve personal goals.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
