Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life.

As a DSP, you will provide hands on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement while implementing care plans, documenting progress, and ensuring a safe environment that helps clients live more self directed lives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication (if certified).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
