Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. DSPs work one‑on‑one, following each person's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

Position offers flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team within a DDD‑focused agency. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with potential for growth as you build experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
