ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in clients' homes and community settings across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one following each person's ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and a compassionate, dependable attitude.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
