Job summary

ARISE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE INC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with a school-aged boy in Liverpool, NY (13088). This per diem role offers up to 18 hours weekly, with hours 3pm–5pm, Monday through Friday.

He is a school aged boy who just entered middle school. He is happy, active and pretty easy-going, he has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Hours: Up to 18 hours per week, 3pm to 5pm would be ideal hours. Looking for someone who can get him off the school bus daily.

Days: Monday to Friday

Service can take place in both the home and in the community. He enjoys outings to different parks, restaurants, seeing movies, swimming, and going to Get Air. He also enjoys watching videos on his tablet.

Experience is preferred, as well as being responsible, on time and very hands on DSP.

Location: Village of Liverpool

Pay rate: $22.50 per hour, with mileage and staff activity reimbursements
