Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Brand seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our newly remodeled adult day program in Kalispell. You will provide compassionate support, supervise participants, and assist with personal care to help them stay active, engaged, and connected throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day.
• Assist with personal care needs as needed.
• Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety and well-being.
• Lead and participate in fun activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, celebrations, and group events.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where participants can socialize and enjoy their day.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program.
• Observe participants and communicate any changes to the manager.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service.
