Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its newly remodeled adult day program. You will support adult participants to stay active, engaged, and connected during daytime hours.

This role emphasizes building relationships, encouraging independence, and delivering meaningful daily experiences in a caring, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day.
• Assist with personal care needs as needed.
• Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety and well-being.
• Lead and participate in activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, and group events.
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where participants can socialize and enjoy their day.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program.
• Observe participants and communicate any changes to the manager.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service.
