Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our newly remodeled adult day program. Provide compassionate support, supervision, and help participants stay active, engaged, and connected during the day.

This role emphasizes encouragement of independence and safety in a warm, respectful setting. The position offers a predictable schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, a wage of $18.00/hr, paid training, and access to a comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day.
• Assist with personal care needs as needed.
• Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety and well-being.
• Lead and participate in activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, celebrations, and group events.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where participants can socialize and enjoy their day.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program.
• Observe participants and communicate any changes to the manager.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service.
