You will help with daily living tasks, transportation, and attending appointments to support each person’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults with disabilities to maximize independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks: household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing.
• Support medical appointments, community activities, and adherence to behavioral and care plans.
