Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help people served develop daily living skills and independence. You’ll assist with learning activities, safety, and personal care, while providing emotional support and help with housekeeping tasks.

This role welcomes applicants without experience, as thorough training is provided. A valid driver’s license may be required in some cases, and a compassionate, timely communicator is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• No experience required; we provide thorough training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of important daily living skills and life activities by creating an environment where people can learn, grow and discover.
• Help people identify and achieve the goals most important to them in order to live their best life possible.
• Monitor the comfort and safety of the people we serve while ensuring their medical, nutritional and personal care needs are being met.
• Demonstrate emotional support while assisting with general housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry duties.
