Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join a dedicated team in assisting people served to develop daily living skills and live as independently as possible. You’ll create a supportive environment, monitor safety, and help with meals and housekeeping.

Ideal candidates are natural helpers with strong communication, time management, and a willingness to go above and beyond to advocate for those in care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and life activities to promote independence.
• Help identify and achieve goals to enhance quality of life.
• Monitor safety, medical, nutritional and personal care needs of people served.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
