Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities to promote independence.
• Identify and support personal goals to help individuals live their best life.
• Monitor safety and meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
